Summary
You will design a new airframe structure which is mostly composite but some metallic structure. You will be signing new composite and metallic structures. In addition, you will collaborate with stress, planning and manufacturing to produce a design acceptable to all.
Minimum Requirements
- BS or higher in Mechanical, Civil and Aerospace Engineering
- 5 years’ experience in airframe design with Catia V5 or V6 Prefer V6 experience
- Must have composite experience including layup definition and familiarity with manufacturing methods
- Must be proficient with Word and Excel
- Composite Workbench experience preferred
- Catia V6 experience preferred
